Documents you need for working-capital finance in the UAE

Working-capital applications in the UAE usually need company bank activity, trade license files, and representative identity documents. Exact lists depend on product and profile. Limits and rates stay estimates until review, and funding is not guaranteed until you sign a written offer.

Who this checklist is for

Use this list if you run a UAE-registered business and need cash for payroll, rent, stock, or mixed operating costs without a single clean set of unpaid B2B invoices to finance. Service businesses waiting on milestones often sit here. If customers already owe you on issued invoices, start from Invoice Advance instead. If a supplier must be paid against a purchase order, compare purchase order funding.

Core company files

Prepare a valid UAE trade license (mainland or free zone), recent company bank statements covering a clear recent period, and memorandum or ownership records where applicable. Names and license numbers should match across files. Incomplete company identity is a common reason first review stalls.

Use-of-funds note

A short note on how you will use the funds—payroll, rent, stock, plant hire, or mixed costs—helps underwriters size tenure realistically. You do not need a perfect forecast, but vague purpose language slows review.

Company representative and review

Representative identity documents are reviewed during the credit assessment. Expect passport or Emirates ID as shown in the application checklist. Online limits are not final until the full file is approved. First review feedback is usually within about 24 hours when the pack is complete.

Limits and honest promises

Working capital may support eligible applications with limits up to AED 500,000. Indicative monthly rate bands on the product page are estimates until review. Fees and repayment terms appear in writing before you accept. AI-assisted document processing can help move the file; it does not approve you.
